If you're using a Canva form: Click the form on the Canva editing page, and a horizontal menu will appear at the top with the "Responses" option. You can click it to track all responses there, with the ability to link to a sheet. On mobile, this horizontal menu will be at the bottom.\n\nIf you're using a Google Form: On the same form editing page, you can find the "Responses" tab at the top middle. You can also enable email notifications by clicking on this tab, then the three dots, then enabling email notifications.
Yes. Canva allows you to connect form responses to a spreadsheet for easier tracking.
On the first page of your PDF instructions, you'll find the Google Form as the second button. Open the form, create your own copy, update the title and questions as needed, click Publish in the top-right corner, copy the responder link, and paste the new link into your website.
The third button on your PDF instructions provides access to the matching header template. Open the header template in Canva, customize it as desired, download the image, open your Google Form, click the color palette icon at the top, and upload your new header image. So, to publish the website, you can first update the file name from (copy of…) to the name you prefer. Then, click on the "publish website" button on the top right. You will be navigated to a screen to choose your URL (Link), then publish.\n\nPro tips before clicking on publish: You can click on the settings button and toggle on only the last 2 options + update the page name found above the toggles so you get the most personalized URL.

Open Google Maps, search for your venue, click Share, click Copy Link. In Canva, select the text or button you want to link, click Link, and paste the Google Maps URL.
Copy your registry URL, select the text you want guests to click, right-click and choose "Link", and paste your registry URL in the input shown. Guests will be taken directly to your registry when they click the link.

You can change text colors and background colors in Canva. However, illustrations and decorative elements in the template cannot be recolored. If you'd like a version with a different color scheme, you can request a custom design directly from us.
1. In Canva, click on Uploads in the left sidebar. 2. Click the "Upload files" button and select your photo from your device. 3. Drag and drop your uploaded image into the photo frame on the invitation template. 4. If you want to change how your image is cropped, double-click on the image inside the frame to move or scale it to your liking.
