Answers before and after your Etsy purchase

Sign in to Etsy in a web browser, open Purchases and reviews, find the order, and choose Download files. Etsy digital files may not appear inside the Etsy app, so use Safari, Chrome, or a computer. Etsy also sends a download email to the address on your order.

Open the receipt email Etsy sent after purchase and use the download link there. Check spam and promotions if you do not see it. If it is still missing, send Sarah an Etsy message from the order.

Open the PDF and click the template access button. Sign in to Canva, then choose the option to use the template. Canva creates a separate copy in your account, so the original design stays unchanged.

On a computer: Open Uploads in the left sidebar, choose Upload files, then drag your photo onto the existing frame. Double-click it to reposition or resize it inside the frame.

On a phone: Tap the photo frame, choose Replace in the bottom toolbar, then choose Uploads and select your photo. Tap it again to reposition or crop it.

Leave the placeholder photos while you finish the rest of the invitation, then replace them before or after publishing. For a quinceañera template, Sarah can replace the mirror photos with the illustrated quinceañera and match the dress color. Send her a message through Etsy if you need this.

Select the button, text, image, or element guests should click. Choose the Link chain icon in Canva's top toolbar, or right-click the selected element and choose Link. Paste the full website address, then press Enter or choose Done. Test the link on your published website.

Find the venue in Google Maps, choose Share, and copy the link. Return to Canva, right-click the location button or text, choose Link, paste the map address, then press Enter or choose Done. Test it in Preview.

Copy the public link from your registry. Return to Canva, right-click the registry button or text, choose Link, paste the address, then press Enter or choose Done. Test it in Preview before publishing.

To add a section, duplicate a similar section and replace its content, or choose Add page for a blank one. To remove one, select the section and choose the trash icon on its left side. To keep it in your design without showing it on the published website, choose the eye icon instead. Preview the invitation afterward to check the spacing and order.

Yes. All text can be edited, including the font, size, color, spacing, and alignment. Moving a small text block is also fine, but changing the full structure can affect the mobile layout.

Select the countdown in Canva and open its current website link. On the countdown page, use the three-dot menu to clone the timer, then enter your event date and time. Create the new countdown and copy its public link. Back in Canva, select the countdown, choose the Link chain icon, replace the old address, and press Enter or choose Done. Resize it only if the new timer does not fit the existing space, then test it in Preview.

That is the TickCounter free-account watermark. You can cover it in Canva with a small shape that matches the background, or email Sarah your event date and time so she can help with a clean countdown link.

Open Preview in Canva and check that the timer loads and shows the correct date, time, and time zone. Test the published invitation on your phone too. If it is blank, confirm that the full countdown link was pasted into the countdown element.

Invitarium requires an account, but you do not need a subscription when you use Sarah's shared link. Sign in to Invitarium first, then open Sarah's shared Invitarium project and make your copy. Double-click the music-player project and replace its audio with an MP3 under 20 MB. Choose Copy link. In Canva, select the music icon, choose Edit link, paste the finished player link, then scale it down to fit the circle.

Go to y2mate.gs, paste the YouTube link, and download the song as an MP3. Make sure the MP3 is under 20 MB, then upload it to your copy of the shared Invitarium music-player project. Invitarium needs the MP3 file, not the YouTube link.

Try a shorter MP3 file under 20 MB and upload it directly to your copy of the Invitarium music-player project. If you started with a YouTube link, convert it to MP3 first at y2mate.gs. If it still does not finish, email Sarah the MP3 or YouTube link for help.

Select the hidden YouTube frame and increase its transparency so you can see it. Click an empty area so no other element is selected, then paste your YouTube link into the hidden video frame. Canva should embed the video, not add a regular hyperlink. Resize it until its play button sits over the decorative play button, then return its transparency to 0%.

Open the Google Form link in your PDF Guide and make a copy in your Google account. Edit the title and questions, choose Publish, and copy the responder link. Return to Canva, select the RSVP button, choose the Link icon, paste the new Google Form link, and choose Done.

Open the matching header template from your PDF, personalize it in Canva, and download it as an image. In Google Forms, select the palette icon and upload the new header.

For a Canva form on a computer, click the form itself, not the full section. Choose Responses from the horizontal toolbar above it. Your responses appear in Canva, where you can choose View responses or Link to sheet for a table view. Link to sheet becomes available after you receive your first response. Open your Google Form and choose the Responses tab at the top middle of the page. You will see every guest submission there. You can also choose the Google Sheets icon to save responses to a spreadsheet.

In Google Forms, open Responses, select the three-dot menu, and turn on email notifications for new responses. You can also connect responses to a Google Sheet.

First, update the file name from (copy of…) to the name you prefer. Then click the Publish website button in Canva's top-right corner. You will be taken to a screen where you choose your own website URL. On mobile, tap the Share icon in the top-right instead. If you get an error while creating the URL, that link is already taken by someone else, so try another one.

Before clicking Publish, open the settings panel. Update the page name at the top, then toggle on only the last two options. This gives you the cleanest, most personalized website link. After that, choose your website address and publish.

Yes. Choose Share, More, View-only link, then set access to Anyone with the link can view. Do not use Present and record. Test the link in a private browser window before sending it.

Canva domain names accept letters, numbers, and hyphens only. Do not use spaces, apostrophes, ampersands, periods, or slashes. For example, use daisy-jason-baby-shower instead of Daisy & Jason's Baby Shower.

Copy the published website URL and share it through text message, WhatsApp, email, QR code, or social media. Guests should open the link on their phone for the intended scrolling experience.

Yes. Make your changes in Canva, then choose Publish changes. Your existing website address updates automatically, so you do not need to send guests a new link.
