3. Product Description

Joyva Studio sells digital invitations and editable Canva templates for personal celebrations including weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, quinceañeras, and birthdays. All products are delivered digitally via download links or Canva sharing links. No physical items are shipped.

4. Payment, Billing & Subscriptions

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, software, documentation, branding, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Joyva Studio and Sara Yousry. When you purchase a template, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal celebration purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of our designs.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source files of our templates beyond what Canva's standard editing features allow.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited activities include: unlawful use, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, security interference (including malware, probing, or scraping), and any activity that harms other users or our systems.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Service Level

While we strive to provide uninterrupted and error-free service, we do not guarantee that our website or downloads will always be available, complete, or free from errors. Our templates are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services for: material breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, security risks, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, data loss, or goodwill damage, except where required by law (fraud, death, or personal injury).

You agree to indemnify Joyva Studio against claims arising from your misuse of our services, unlawful use, or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the seller. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of that jurisdiction.
